In today's world,profound changes unseen in a century are accelerating,leading to significant shifts in international power dynamics and the global order. Simultaneously,a new technological revolution and industrial transformation,driven by artificial intelligence,has entered a brand-new stage of development.Humanity is currently experiencing the birth pangs of a new era of intelligence,the likes of which we haven't seen since the Industrial Revolution. Although this new era is still in its nascent stages,from a technological and industrial perspective, the sweet cries of a “newborn” can already be heard——heralding the imminent emergence of a new life form.
